It’s 2005 and a 29-year-old
Andrew Bloom is grafting away
in a cramped o昀케ce with more
ambition than square footage. No
backing or fancy titles. Just his
own funds, a phone, and a belief
that lending could be done better.
This was the beginning of
Masthaven.
and a responsibility to the people
who put their trust in him to do just
that.
So, this has been Andrew’s journey
too - he’s not just a founder, he’s a
father and a leader. The kind who
rolled up his sleeves and never lost
sight of why he started.
Now we’re two decades in, and while
the business has evolved and the
milestones are many, the values
Masthaven were built on - integrity,
resilience, and a deep respect for its
people - have never wavered.
What followed wasn’t overnight
success. It was years of showing
up early and staying late, learning
things the hard way, backing
good people, and slowly building
something that would last.
These were always Andrew’s
principles, and they continue to
shape Masthaven today.
